At Riffi Audio, we’re committed to getting your gear delivered quickly, safely, and affordably. Whether you're ordering your first strap or outfitting your entire setup, our goal is to provide a smooth and dependable shipping experience from checkout to your door.


Shipping Options

Standard Shipping - USPS (3–7 Business Days)

Our most popular option. Reliable delivery at the best value.
Available anywhere within the United States.

Expedited Shipping - UPS (2–3 Business Days)

Perfect when you need your gear fast. Delivery times vary by location.

Priority Express - UPS (1–2 Business Days)

Our fastest option. Orders placed before 12 PM CST typically ship the same business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Transit times and rates vary based on destination, customs processing, and local carrier services. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number once your order ships.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Riffi Audio occasionally offers free shipping promotions—watch for announcements on our website and social pages.


Tracking Your Package

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.


Handling & Packaging

Every Riffi Audio product is inspected and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We use durable mailers and boxes designed to protect your items during transit. Larger orders may ship in multiple packages to ensure safe delivery.


Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, side door, garage, or leasing office.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors in case they received it by mistake.

  3. Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark items delivered before they physically arrive.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos of the package and product so we can quickly resolve the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
